The Boise Bike Swap-The Treasure Valley's only community bicycle swap meet/flea market. The Boise Bike Wrench is the EXCLUSIVE on-site mechanic for supporting the swap through professional non-biased repairs and information. Bring your old bikes and the bikes your kids outgrew down and find that Treasure you've been looking for. This event is in the winter time so when you sell you old goods you have plenty of time to replace it if you don't at the bike swap!
Safe Routes 2 Schools- Nationally funded program administered by ACHD(Ada County Highway District) and TVYMCA. This program goes to all area elementary schools and teaches your children the fundamentals of bicycle safety and The Boise Bike Wrench is THE on-site Professional Mechanic for ALL of the area Safe Routes 2 Schools elementary schools in the Boise School District! I teach your kids the ABC's of bicycle care and why it important to ride you bike to where you need to go! THE BICYCLE IS THE MOST ENERGY EFFICIENT LOCAL TRANSPORTATION EVER CREATED! RIDE YOUR BIKE TO WORK OR SCHOOL OR EVERYWHERE!
Special Olympics of Idaho- Idaho's race day and safety inspector for all state bicycle events. These athletes pour their heart and soul into every competition they face. Being some of the most compassionate athletes I've had the opportunity to work with. Working one on one with these Olympian's has earned them my commitment for ongoing support and assistance in what ever they may need. My dedication to them will be there as long as the Boise Bike Wrench is around.
Idaho Federation for the Blind/ Cycle for Independence- 2010 set a record for the number of riders and the number of blind riders that participated. The Boise Bike Wrench was the on-site mechanic for the historic event! Looking forward to seeing you support this local and beautiful ride through Marsing and Emmett's farmland. YMCA's Ride Idaho- Ride Idaho is the only 7 full day fully supported road bike adventure through Idaho's Pristine back roads and forgotten by-ways. Think Tour de Idaho!! By far one the most beautiful rides in the world with heart stopping views over every horizon. The Boise Bike Wrench absolutely loves to fix problems on the road and in the field! 347 riders 4 mechanics and 16 hour wrench days made for the busiest Ride Idaho ever for the highest turnout ever! Thank you Ride Idaho for the daily adventure and good times only Ride Idaho can provide!
The Boise Bike Ranch-Trips for Kids National Chapter! -Opening the doors to the foothills in a way never before possible thanks to the efforts and community in Boise The Bike Wrench is able to support great causes like providing bikes to those who otherwise would never be able to enjoy the sport that changes so many lives.
