Installation of parts requires the right tools and the knowledge to use them correctly. Effort and tools required vary greatly based on many variables. I charge hourly shop rate for all installation jobs. Call or email for specific price quote! Here is a list of the basics;
- Fork installation- $25.00 Includes sizing, cutting and installation to bicycle.(parts extra)
- Brake System Installation-Hydraulic Disc $25.00 Each(includes hose sizing and bleed)(parts extra)
- Derailluer/shifter Installation-$15.00 each (parts extra)
- Pedal Installation/removal-$5.00 pair (parts extra)
- Handlebar/stem installation-$20.00 (parts extra)
- Bike Build from box $50.00(parts extra)
- Anything else $50.00 Per Hour.

Bicycle frames often times come from the factory witout being ready for assembly! Even the most expensive of frames is paint rarely removed frome vital bearing press surfaces and threads of the bicycle(1st pic above is example of frame not ready!) This service is designed to do the finish work on the bicycle frame the factory did not do. This is a premium service, only the most discerning of riders will truely appreciate! This service done before assembly will greatly increase the life of the entire bicycle!
Premier Frame Preparation $50.00
· Face and Chase! Mill paint and frame material of Head tube and Bottom Bracket bearing surfaces of bicycle frame. To provide a precise mounting surface for your bearing races. Chase all threads on bicycle to remove paint for water bottle cage, derailluer, rack mounts any and all areas in need of prep work is covered.
· Mill paint and frame material of disc brake tabs on frame and fork. To provide a parallel and precise mounting surface for your disc brakes. This aligns the pads perfectly to eliminate noise and shudder.
· I will press headset, install bottom bracket, install disc brake calipers at no additional charge!
· Consult customer with suggestions for repairs needed above and beyond original estimate.
· Return time and service Guaranteed!
· Includes complete frame preparation service only, parts extra. Head tube, Bottom Bracket and disc tabs.
